    Shipping

    Orders for In-Stock items will be shipped within 24 – 48 hours of receipt of order. We ship ground whenever possible.

    Returns

    • All returns must have an RGA Number (Returned Goods Authorization). The RGA number can be obtained by contacting customer service through the Contact Us form on the left hand side of this Store web site. All returns must be in new and resalable condition.
    • Write the RGA number on the outside of your return shipment and send package to:
    • Main Street, Suite 1, Dothan, AL 36305
    • All return shipping expenses are paid by the customer. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving RGA number.
    • If you receive wrong merchandise as a result of our error, you must report this within 5 days of receipt; and we will then pay for the return shipping expense and no restocking fee will be applied. Your missing item per your original order will be shipped upon receipt of the return item in new and re-sellable condition.
    • If your order is missing items or has been incorrectly filled, please contact Customer Service. Short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt.
    • For all other returns, we will credit your account for returned merchandise, minus the required restocking fee, once merchandise has been received, inspected and confirmed to be in resellable condition. Credits will not be issued for items received in non-resalable condition. The customer is responsible for properly packaging and protecting the item during its shipping back to Legacy Therapy & Wellness. Initial freight charges are not credited. All credits must be redeemed within 120 days.

    Returns

    Applicable restocking fees are as follows:

    Sorry, no returns will be accepted after 90 days elapse.

    For health reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of eating, hygiene, and mouth stick products. In addition, we cannot accept books, computer software, and videos that have been removed from original packaging.

    Credits for returns are issued only to original purchaser.

    Damaged Claims:

    Be sure to carefully examine your order upon its arrival.

    1. Inspect each box for damage
    2. Check your shipment against the packing list to verify receipt of all items.
    3. Have the driver note damage or shortage on your delivery receipt. Please do not discard the carton or packaging materials from any damaged shipment
    4. Contact Us using the form on the left hand side of the page. Damages or shortages must be reported to us within 5 business days of receipt of shipment and returned within 10 days.

      Warranty:

    Since we are a distribution company, representing numerous manufacturers, please contact customer service or your local representative regarding specific warranty information.
